Common questions

Lagos: 1-2 working days, Abuja: 3-5 working days and Other states: 3-7 working days. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24hrs working day of payment.
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Reach out on WhatsApp or via this form to start a return.
Not yet - we currently deliver to all 36 states within Nigeria. International delivery is on the roadmap. Get in touch if you're outside the country and we'll see what we can do.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a delivery status email. You can also reach us at any time for an update on your order.
All payments are processed by Paystack, one of Africa's leading payment platforms. We never see or store your card details. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
Reach us on WhatsApp as quickly as possible after placing your order. We can make changes before your order is dispatched — once it ships, we can't make changes but you can return it when it arrives.
