We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information displayed on the website are accurate. However, elegé does not guarantee that all information is always error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to:

- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
- Limit quantities purchased per customer
- Correct pricing or product description errors, even after an order is placed
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen and lighting conditions. We are not responsible for colour variations resulting from display settings.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All payments must be completed at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, and delivery costs
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. elegé does not store your card details. In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, logistics providers, or unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or adverse weather conditions.
elegé is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or events outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item you received is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elegewoman.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement or resolution.
Any item submitted for a fault claim must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Show no signs of damage caused after receipt
